Amway always makes records with its innovation. Recently, it launched its new product XS Energy Drink in India. KG movie is the blessed event management company to bag the golden opportunity to prosecute Amway XS’s launch event in Kolkata. The program turned into a turning point due to its complexity. On the first instance, we booked Netaji Indore Stadium. To our utter despair, the distinct venue canceled our booking just a weak before the grand event as the scheduled time and date clashed with a governmental agenda. After taking permission from the client, we shifted the location to the Big Lawn of Nicco Park. We indefectibly set up the stage, fixed the lights, and adjusted the sound and branding. But, fate was not with us as heavy shower accompanied by loud striking thunderstorm forayed when there are just four hours to go for the unveiling. Our whole team members, risking their lives, jointly saved the day by removing the essentials; and covering the stage and the associated materials safe and secure. Then, after a couple of hours, the rain came to a halt keeping only an hour for the dry run. Owing to our ‘never give up’ mindset, the adeptly skillful technicians and the labors gave their best assays and mindblowingly recreated the full setup within that one hour. The huge rounds of applauses and the cheers of the mega crowd proved the event’s magnifying success. The famed Bollywood singer Anushka Manchanda set the discrete evening on fire with her mesmerizing voice and oomph. Though we have lost some of our beneficial inventories as they got damaged in the adverse weather, yet the success of the event removed all the grievances from our hearts. Our pre-eminent thinking is ‘The Show Must Go On’ and hence, we always remain ready for facing any thornful challenge with our masterstroke back up plans.
